หลังจาก Sony Ericesson ประกาศหย่าขาดจาก Symbian เดินหน้าพัฒนาสมาร์ทโฟนสายพันธุ์ Android เต็มสูบ ล่าสุดทางบริษัทได้เดินเครื่องแล้ว โดยเปิดตัวแก็ดเจ็ต (Gadget) ชิ้นใหม่ที่มีชื่อว่า LiveView ทีมีลักษณะเป็นจอ OLED 1.3 นิ้ว (คล้าย iPod Nano 6G) เชื่อมต่อไร้สายกับ Bluetooth และจับคู่การทำงานร่วมกับอุปกรณ์ Android เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าถึงบริการต่างๆ อย่างเช่น ดูเบอร์โทรที่ไม่ได้รับสาย (missed call) ข้อความต่างๆ เฟซบุ๊ค ทวิตเตอร์ หรือแม้แต่เล่นเพลง
